Multiple Strategies

Different liquidity providers have different preferences with regard to the ratio of risk and reward. In concentrated liquidity provision, this ratio is calculated by the spread of the upper and lower range of the vault strategy. More concentration means higher returns from liquidity fees but potential for greater impermanent loss (IL).

Unipilot now offers multiple strategies on each active vault. It initially provides three options:

  • Wide (Moderate fees and less IL)

  • Balanced (A good balance between earning fees and minimizing IL)

  • Narrow (High fees but potential for more IL)

This feature introduces diversity in the liquidity provision and covers a wide range of liquidity providers based on their preferences.
